With nearly 20 years of experience in contract negotiations and working directly with and for Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), Tina has developed a strong talent for building trusted
relationships with high-value, high-impact clients. Her experiences support her ability to arrange win / win outcomes when negotiating contracts and providing outstanding customer service throughout the day.

Tina’s previous roles have helped her to build strong relationships nationally and can be accredited to her broad understanding of the Medicare / Medicaid /
Long Term Services & Supports (LTSS) industry. Tina is also highly experienced in Business Development, Contracting, Client Services, Account Management,
Customer Service, Implementation, Compliance, Complaints / Grievances and Training. Tina studied Business Management and earned her Bachelor’s Degree from St. Petersburg College in St. Petersburg, FL.
