Robert Farias serves as the General Manager of both Chef2Home and the Metz Culinary & Catering Center in Sarasota, FL. In this role, Robert is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the center. He is a versatile and accomplished operations executive with over 20 years of experience driving strategic initiatives and growth. Robert is a natural leader with a “team-centric” approach.

Before joining Metz Culinary Management, Robert was the Vice President of Manufacturing for Beneficial Blends, LLC. He also served as the Vice President of Operations for Raw Seafood Inc.

Robert is HACCP and PCQI certified, and has successfully completed numerous GFSI third-party food safety audits throughout his career. He received his Associate’s Degree in Business from Bristol Community College.
