Ken is a skilled and creative professional who currently serves as the Director of Operations & Business Development for Chef2Home by Metz. In this role, Ken oversees four production facilities in Florida and Pennsylvania. He is responsible for the overall operation of the facilities, fleet logistics, procurement, financial models, and bid submission. His focus is on producing best-in-class meals for senior service organizations and schools. He is proud of his Italian heritage, and has instilled this in his deep love of scratch-made meals.

Ken’s career began with Metz Culinary Management began in 2022 as Director of Operations for Metz’s Krispy Kreme retail and commissary locations spanning four states. He played a pivotal role in turning around a struggling franchise operation and transformed it into a successful profit-making machine.

Prior to joining Metz Culinary Management, Ken was a restaurant owner, a general manager of a wholesale bakery, and a professional musician. He studied Music at Duquesne University, and he studied Economics at The University of Pittsburgh.
