Debbie has broad health care industry experience in health plans, hospital systems, and provider organizations.  She joined Metz Culinary in 2021 to lead the expansion of its current healthcare, seniors and disability meals programs into Medicare Advantage and Medicaid HCBS programs.  Good nutrition is at the core of health and wellness, so aligning meals and quality initiatives with our clients’ process and outcome objectives (i.e., reduction of readmissions) will be a Chef2Home priority.

Previously, Debbie was President of Clearway Pain Solutions, SVP for Provider Contracting & Medical Management at Great-West Healthcare, Chief Strategy Officer at Providence Health System, and President of PacifiCare/Secure Horizons Oregon.  She has over thirty-five years’ experience in Medicare Advantage, MLTSS including Texas Medicaid STAR+PLUS, and Medicaid managed care.

Debbie has an MBA from The Wharton School and a BS in Nursing from Florida State.
